Carol E Hind is a talented teacher and writer and this book has been so enlightening and helpful. Of course I partake of Communion at church yet I had never really been taught nor had I grasped its true meaning and significance. Carol explains why Communion is so important and helps us to make this meaningful and important practice something we can do at home. My copy of this book is filled with yellow highlights – there was so much I will go back to again and again, to anchor my practice to.
